Once your ordered goods are shipped, PETI is not responsible for loss, damages, or delays.

US Domestic (Standard 1-7 business days) - $15

US Express (1-2 business days) - $45

Mexico & Canada (3-10 business days) - $70

International Flat Rate (3-14 business days) - $100
 

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature upon delivery. 

PETI is not responsible for any additional taxes, fees, or duties.

Timing

Orders placed Monday through Thursday are typically shipped within 48 hours, unless an item is out of stock. 

Items purchased over the weekend will be processed on Monday and shipped within 24 hours. 

Delivery 

PETI is not responsible for incorrect addresses given by customers. 
If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address in their order, an additional fee will be charged to the credit card used for the purchase to reflect additional incurred shipping costs.

Repairs
